12.01.2022 Everyday there seems to be a yet another GPS / Computer mount added to the market. Unfortunately the vast majority are using the same tired bar strap connection. Sure this is fine for standard round bars and conventional stems, but as more aero top bars are introduced the ability to mount electronics becomes more difficult. Enter a new player to the market with the F3 Cycling Form Mount.... The F3 Form Mount attaches via supplied 5mm bolts that directly replace the standard stem bolts. 04.01.2022 Covid 19 Update Starting today we have new rules in place to manage our business operations to help prevent the spread of the horrible Covid 19 Virus. You all now know the severity of the Virus and the common rules of social distancing, so in an effort to limit the spread & protect our staff, families & public please see the rules below. APPOINTMENTS - Lay-By & Repairs... We ask all repair pickup and lay-by customers to call and book an appointment for your bike pickups, we will have your bike ready for collection, quarantined and disinfected where required. Lay-by Balances can be paid via Direct Deposit 24 hours before you collect your bike, the details are already on your Lay-By Receipt. Eftpos payments are also available. Repair Drop-Offs At this stage we will continue to book in repairs, we are currently booking in bikes to have work completed on them in the following weeks, so we urge you to either call and book a service date in advance, or bring your bike in and leave this with us . Alternatively, we are happy to collect and also drop off bikes to your home in the local area. A State wide Lockdown may come into force, and at this stage, we do not know what further rules may be enforced, but where possible we will provide adequate time to collect your bike or alternatively home deliver. As you also know we have been actively setting up a larger offsite workshop, which will allow us to continue to work even under total lockdown conditions. Parts permitting, we will be using this time to continue repairs, and new bike builds. We will also be using this time to update infrastructure and IT setup. General Shop Use For small products, we will still be serving customers in store. We will require customers to practice social distancing, please keep a minimum 1.5m apart, cough into a sleeve, use disinfectant, and DO NOT bring any kind of sickness to our workplace. We urge that if you are an at-risk individual and require a product, we urge you to call and make a booking or remain in your car, (you can drive into our car park) we can serve you from there. We thank you all for your efforts to socially distance and in joining us in taking this seriously. At this stage, we have no idea what the trading future of the industry will be with the imminent state lockdown. Rest assured that we have good stocks, financially secure and in this for the long haul. Come what may, we will prevail and come back stronger when things return to normal. 01.12.2021 Phantom Cycles will be reopening to fully vaccinated walk in customers as of the 11th of October . As per current health guidelines: -Masks will still be mandatory.... -sanitising hands upon entry using the provided hand sanitiser -Customers will need to produce evidence of vaccination status as well as still using the Covid safe check in via QR code at the door.
