24.01.2022 With the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, we are pleased to inform all our valued patients and customers that as of the first of June 2020 our opening hours have been extended. Our new hours during the week will be: Monday to Friday 8am until 5:30pm ... Our weekend hours will remain unchanged: 9am until 1pm Saturday and 10am until 1pm Sunday. Our after-hours prescription drop off box and home delivery service to the local area will also remain unchanged. Please phone 6435 1133 for details. Stay safe and look out for each other. 21.01.2022 This year our Somerset Pharmacy Christmas dinner was spent at Novo Luxury Apartment in penguin. Right on the beachfront with a huge balcony on a beautiful summer evening, there wasn’t a second thought that our night would be a special one A wonderful night had by all staff and partners, and a huge thanks to Hubert & Dan for catering for us. It was a night to remember and the best possible way to celebrate the year we’ve had surrounded by our little pharmacy family

15.01.2022 Sad day for our Pharmacy family today as one of our longest serving employees is retiring. Annie has been apart of our family for the past 15 years and is now taking a well deserved break. We wish Annie all the best in her retirement and she will be deeply missed by all staff and customers

14.01.2022 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and our concerns for the health and safety of both our staff and the community, we would like to let our valuable customers, as well as everyone else in the local community know that we have now expanded our free home delivery service to anyone who is unable to come into the pharmacy due to self isolation, quarantining or having concerns about leaving home in the current climate. To make this service easier, we would ask that you leave your pres...criptions with us on file. You can ring us on 6435 1133 to let us know what you require. Payment for goods can then be done by EFTPOS over the phone. For any queries, please give us a call. Conditions apply. We now also have a prescription drop off box for your convenience out of hours. The Federal Government’s requirement for social distancing means that we have to limit the number of customers in the shop to 10 people, so please be patient if you are asked to wait outside for a couple of minutes. 14.01.2022 NEW SERVICE Somerset Pharmacy have now installed a Prescription Drop Off Box for your convenience if you can’t make it in-store during opening hours. Prescriptions will be dispensed once the shop has opened and will be available for collection one hour after opening

11.01.2022 To our valued customers, The safety of both our patients and staff is paramount, so due to the current COVID-19 crisis affecting the NW Coast we have to implement a few operational changes. - If you are unwell, have been in contact with a COVID positive case or have been tested for COVID yourself, DO NOT enter the pharmacy. Please call us on 64351133 for assistance. ... - Due to the Federal Government's requirements for social distancing we have now set a limit of EIGHT customers in store at any one time. Please be patient if you are required to wait outside for a couple of minutes. We will be with you ASAP. - We urge you to utilise our delivery service to the local area if you are in self isolation or unable to make it to the pharmacy for any other reason.
