04.01.2022 Bootcamp Actual is no more. That’s it; she’s done! The last class was up on the hill this morning and well done to those that turned up for the class. It wasn’t an easy one, but you got through it with no drama. We will be back in two weeks with our 8 week program; not trading as a business at this point but once organised I will have some online programs up for grabs. The 8 week program classes will be in the same places, same time but with no gear and will be free of charg...e. Tomorrow morning we are auctioning off all our gear at way below cost prices. The gear will be laid out for inspection at 1030am at East Fremantle Primary with the auction beginning at 11am. We go live on Facebook as well so you can bid from home just in case you can’t be there in person. I would like to thank all of our clients over the last couple of years. It was you that made the place come alive! Flash Gordon, Thor, Durge (Frazer William Sturgeon) we never did come close to cracking 90 people training at once but there’s still time Brother! The biggest thank you goes out to my Fiancée Desirée Tonks, everyone needs a strong partner in their lives help prop them up when times get tough and I’m glad I’ve got you. Whenever I get stressed she gets me breathing and reminds me to keep the mind calmly aggressive. Couldn’t do it without you Girl! Still a little undecided on the name for these marketing classes but probably Phat, Free, Fitness will see. Hope to see you out tomorrow morning at the auction online or in person. The first class kicking into spring 2017 will be on Tuesday the 18th September!
