24.01.2022 There are so many times, I watch little kids and wish there was a way to stop them losing their sense of confidence and awe. As adults, the fear of looking si...lly, the fear of losing, or the fear of being a beginner and not nailing it the first time are all fears that we develop and fears that hold us back. I challenge you to do this, not once or not twice but the ten times then like this post and maybe drop in the comments the impact it had on you. For me, it woke my inner 5 year old up who believed she could do anything... what a gift to start the weekend... thanks Kathleen Cameron...

Let me show you how you can make the best choices to reduce your sugar intake and still party. Let's look at a GIN & TONIC. ... Gin 0 + 18 grams of sugar for tonic water or four teaspoons. 36% of your daily sugar intake. We'll look at a VODKA & CRANBERRY here. Vodka's 0 + 30 grams of sugar for cranberry juice. That's 7.5 teaspoons. 60% of your daily sugar intake. Is RUM & COKE your tipple? Normal rum 0 + 27.5 grams for coke. Thats 7 teaspoons. 55% of your daily sugar intake. WHITE WINE, not your desert wine. 1.25 grams a glass. 2.5% daily sugar intake. What a year it has been so far ! 2020 has shown me how important it is to be in control of the things I can be, for example $$$ and to be able to adapt quickly if I keep want to have more...... more TIME , more FUN, more FRIENDS & more MONEY... How is 2020 going for you ? Have you realised that you want more from your life, but aren't sure what the steps are you need to take to create it ? Is the thought of stepping out and being judged, stopping you even around at opportunities to create more ... OR are you wanting more but keep asking how the f**k am I suppose to create more when Im working full time/have a family or a Special needs child / sporting commitments/ dont have excess funds etc ? I know that's what I said so if this is you, I hear you. But what if creating "more" in your life didnt require the sort of turn your life on its head commitment that we associate with getting more"? What if it didn't mean more time creating debt at uni ? Or taking a second job cleaning or working behind a bar everyweek ? 07.01.2022 What have you got to lose? Set a timer for 5mins. Close your eyes. Take a couple of nice big breaths and listen to the sounds inside the room your are in and outside the room as well. Just allow the sounds to take you away. When your timer goes off take another couple of deep breaths, smile and carry on with your day.
