18.01.2022 WHY Nutritional Support? We all fall victim of overeating or resorting to foods that are simple, quick and easy. Why do we do this? 16.01.2022 How It Works! Our program is nutritionally certified and designed. It covers three important steps for success! 1 23... Step One: 1 This goes for three days! We begin our health journey by following a set ‘Approved Foods List’ we also start our nutrition from day one. The main focus of step 1 is to remove bad sugars and carbohydrates from your diet to improve your gut health. Step 1 prepares you for success in Step 2. Step Two: 2 This step is our fat, weight loss stage and lasts for approximately 27 days, however depending on how your body responds there is the option to extend Step 2 for an additional 10 days. This Step we eat to a set ‘Meal Planner’ but also have an ‘Approved Foods List’ to cater for likes/dislikes and allergies. The nutritional supplements are key role during this step as they sustain your energy levels, give key nutrients and minerals and assists curb cravings. (in addition to their other roles). As step 2 is low calorie, it must NOT be attempted without the nutritional support. Step Three: 3 (Maintenance) This step varies in length depending on how many rounds of the program you choose to do. It is an integral step to the entire program this is where we teach the body to keep the weight off. 14.01.2022 Good Afternoon Guys! What a busy morning it’s been for us! School drop offs and early morning appointments with toddler in toe can keep life very interesting! (I have so much respect for full time working mothers that do this everyday! ) This morning was a bit of a balancing act trying to fit it all in. I know it can be a struggle somedays! We all have good, bad and busy... Why do we live such busy lifestyles, it just gets crazy, doesn’t it?! ... 12.01.2022 Steamed Barramundi & Salad Stack Looking for a light and simple dinner? Here is my steamed barramundi and salad stack. It’s very tasty and packed full of nutrients your tummy will love. Recipe below for one... Ingredients: 100g - 200g x Barramundi (Fresh) 1 Lemon 2 Cucumbers 1/2 Avocado 1 tsp Coriander (Fresh) 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (With the Mother) Himalayan Rock Salt White Pepper Method: Gently spray or oil small piece of foil and lay barramundi on-top. Top barramundi with salt, coriander and lemon slices and wrap into parcel. Bake parcel in oven on 200 degrees for 10 mins or until cooked through. Slice Cucumbers, avocado and put in bowl with 1/2 lemon juiced, 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and season with salt, pepper. Plate salad in bowl and lay steamed barramundi ontop. Season to taste. Enjoy

03.01.2022 Salt N Vinegar Prawns & Zucchini Chips Feeling like prawns but want to mix it up a little. Here’s my simple salt n vinegar prawns and zucchini chips that won’t hurt the waistline and are tasty. (Suitable for 80/20 living) Ingredients: ... Recipe for 2 300g - Prawns (Fresh Green Aust) 800g - Zucchini 4 - Rice Cakes 2 tspn - Apple Cider Vinegar (With the Mother) 1/2 tspn - White Pepper 1/4 tspn - Hymalaian Rock Salt (Can add other spices for taste) Method: Peel fresh green prawns (Australian) and place in bowl. Add vinegar, season with Himalayan rock salt and pepper and set aside or refrigerate to marinate for 10-30mins. Remove from fridge toss prawns through crushed rice cakes in a bag or on plate and set aside on lined tray or plate. Slice Zucchini up with mandolin or thinly with knife. Pat dry each slice with paper towel and lay flat on tray lined with baking paper. Season lightly with Himalayan rock salt. Bake for 20 min on 200 degrees or until lightly brown and crisp. Place prawns in air fryer or webber on tray with baking paper for 10-15mins till cooked. (Prawns are bright pink in colour.) Remove Zucchini Chips from tray plate and serve with prawns on side with a wedge of lemon. Enjoy!
