22.01.2022 How much sugar do you really drink? Visual representations always really hit home for me so I wanted to share this one with you! Even when you think you're reaching for a better choice of vitamin water or flavoured water or ice teas - it's still full of sugar! and it gets you started on that sugar roller coaster that you can't get off!!! 03.01.2022 We walked all the way down kondalilla falls yesterday - Dene with a backpack fill of swimmers, towels, 6 x apples and 4 x one litre water bottles! and I carried my 3 year old most of the way!!!
