Nordic curl exercise has been proven to significantly reduce injury risk in a recent systematic review, despite the recent heated debate amongst it. . Van Dyk et. Al (2019) has found that when exercise programmes that includes nordic curls REDUCES hamstring injuries by up to 51% in ~8500 athletes ... . Our own #physio @kenlay_physio js still working on his nordic curl, he is able to complete the eccentric (lengthening) part of the exercise, but struggle to perform the concentric part... .
