20.01.2022 ONLINE EXERCISE SESSIONS START TOMORROW! Hiya PHIIT Club members Unfortunately PHIIT Club is closed as of 10:00pm tonight and during the lockdown... We will simply do a MASS HOLD on everyone’s memberships and once our of lock down re-open, which we will let you know WANT TO STILL TRAIN?? We are offering online exercise sessions, which start TOMORROW MORNING and will run Saturday and all of next week. The full timetable of casual sessions is LIVE and ready to book via our heavy haulers website. You don’t need any equipment for Bodyweight blaster except for a CHAIR & 2xfull 600ml water bottles as props and either a mat or patch of carpet to do floor exercises on. If you have a pair of light d/bells, bonus! (But not essential). BOOKINGS, PAYMENT & TERMS -Sessions can be booked at https://www.heavyhaulers.com.au/central/selector - Upon enrolling you will receive an email that contains the essential zoom LINK for your session and also a link to download your scoresheet. If you DONT recieve this within 5 mins of booking please let us know by sms'ing Jess on 0438 091 894 -Cost of the session is only $11.00 and we kindly ask that it is paid upon enrolment - Please note that Makeups are not available for missed zoom sessions, sorry!
