25.01.2022 Dear customers, Please be advised, our shop is now closed, indefinitely. We thank everyone who came to support us during the three or so years we were open. We will still be at the Farm Gate Market every Sunday, with our wide range of sourdough breads and sourdough pastries, so please do visit us there!... Thanks again!

23.01.2022 Good morning, everybody! Something worthwhile to post about! Introducing our new 100% rye bread - Rye with Pomegranate Molasses and Caraway, available at the Farm Gate Market from now on. These are some seriously tasty bricks! If rye bread is your thing, we have rugbrød, ruisleipä, rye orange & fennel, and now this one. Look forward to seeing you at the market!

21.01.2022 We are often asked if we make rolls, well, here's the answer. Sit down and enjoy that slice of bread or pastry you're eating and read the answer!: First, we accept the belief that everything that exists is energy, and energy is largely comprised of two components - positive and negative. In fact, all things can be found in pairs, seemingly the polar opposite of the other. For example, love and hate, happiness and sadness, masculine and feminine, east and west, black and white..., and so on. The difference being one of degree, and not of kind. For example, hate is the absence or distance from love. Darkness is the absence or distance from light, and they vary in degree only, from their polar opposite. So you might be asking if you've made it this far, "Well what the hell does that have to do with bread rolls?!" Let us continue, shall we? Everything we do, everything that comes from us is also energy, a glance or word of affection will produce a positive result (normally!). A glance of hate will propagate hate and negativity - hence the term "the evil eye." So everything we do must be positive and come from a sincere intention, and this will be reflected in the final result of our actions. In terms of food, if it is produced in an environment of negativity, it too will become negative, and the effect will inevitably be passed on to the consumer. So you ask, "Mr Baker, why do you not make bread rolls??" And my reply will most likely be a much more polite statement than, "Because I bloody hate making them!" So let what you do, be with love. And what you love, be of benefit to yourself, others and everything around you. Remember, the chaos that exists all around us is merely a reflection of the chaos that exists within our own selves. If we desire change, we start with ourselves.

16.01.2022 Good evening all, we hope you are all well! A quick heads up, we'll see you at the Farm Gate Market this Sunday 22 March.

09.01.2022 Heads up, folks - We won't be attending Farm Gate Market on August 30, so make sure you stock up this Sunday!
