23.01.2022 MULCH! It's marvellous stuff and here's why. It keeps the roots cooler in Summer (warmer in Winter), suppresses weeds (yay!), your garden needs less watering and it can add some much needed nutrition to your garden as it breaks down. Bonus! Ideally your layer of mulch should be at least 5cm thick and make sure you leave a well around your plants and shrubs (for air circulation to avoid rot). Before the heat sets in make sure you mulch your garden to retain the moisture you have in your soil and keep your plants happy and healthy over Summer. 16.01.2022 Privacy screening constructed yesterday afternoon. I made use of materials that the owners already had and mixed them in with some new materials that I supplied. Looks great and provides excellent privacy. Thanks again Kim and Paul for the great review!
