16.01.2022 Family photos. With our phones these days we all have an abundance of photos that often don’t get printed and just sit on our phones which I feel is a bit sad. I style my space to our personalties - not to a direction from the latest design trend. I love printing off recent photos and collating them all on the fridge as happy reminders of fun times and it provides a burst of life to an otherwise blank space that can be a magnet for accumulating clutter. (Haha see what I did t...here ) . Tip: Print off fresh photos even if you already have some set aside so that they’re all the same size and looking great. I get mine done through snapfish, all online and home delivered. . One or the other - all in colour or all in black and white. . Buy new blue tak, so it’s also nice and sticky. . Set out a frame starting from the top left corner. Remember to leave space for sticky fingers opening the fridge door. . Place the photos as close together as possible, you want to have a nice consistent gap between all photos to create impact. . Use a generous amount of blue tak as they can become unstuck in the warmer months and then the photos curl. . Place the portrait and landscape photos in the own rows to create a sense of consistency and balance. . Refresh your photo collage every 6-12 months to keep it looking clean and up to date. . 15.01.2022 Are you looking to keep the kids entertained during lockdown? Get them to paint some artwork. I brought these canvases and glitter from a shop in Cowes, selected the colours I wanted and my niece painted these for me. Supervision is recommended so you can pull it away when it’s done to your liking and bam, affordable artwork that has meaning. I popped the canvases in some old photo frames and hung them up in my bedroom. #isolationcreation #lockdownideas

04.01.2022 Christmas table styling, I love it, although I have been known to be up at ridiculous hours making it just right. This year I opted for simple whites and natural fibers like linen and hessian. I always try to add something from the garden for a natural touch, it’s also a great way to add impact without spending too much.
