24.01.2022 Thank you to all that have booked their spot for our opening weekend, we've been blown away by your response and we can't wait to see you all! Just a couple of small things to keep in mind when visiting: Groups must remain seated throughout their visit. No standing and mingling in groups (oh so tempting I know!)... Don't forgot your masks. They must be worn when not eating and drinking (eg to and from the bathrooms/carpark etc) Restrictions are heavily weighted toward outdoor dining. We can legally cater for 10 people inside, 10 people on our deck and 50 outdoors. Outdoor dining is undercover but please make sure you bring an extra layer just in case (everyone pack their Katmandu k!) Bookings are all 2 hour sittings which is PLENTY of time believe us, but keep this in mind if you're going to be running late. OK that's all the bossy stuff out of the way. 05.01.2022 Gosh what a day... A day deciphering the news and what it means for us and for the many, especially those in our much loved Capital city. We are trusting in the process, but it doesn't make it any easier... To our hospo brothers and sisters out there doing it tough right now, we need to remember what got us into this much loved industry of our's in the first place...... The fact that no day is the same. The ability to create new environments, and new experiences for people. To problem solve on a whim, and think outside the box. We work long hours and we work hard. We all know how to be resourceful, and like no other industry I know, our 'crew' and our loyal customers become an extension of our families. It's all of these great things that we need to be drawing on right now. The very fact that we are 'people people' means we have a vast network of awesome people to tap into, so if your need a leg up ask for it, if you can be that leg up for someone else, then be it.
