24.01.2022 Another day...another winner...another interstate double...two from two... It was a great thirll to see two more of our horse break their maidens today, both in... good style. MISSALLURE was aided by a particularly good ride from Jason Holder when proving too strong over the border in the 1600m maiden at Strathalbyn Racing Club this afternoon. The 4yo daughter of DISSIDENT was well overdue to break her maiden and it will provide the mare with plenty of confidence going forward. Back home we ventured to Melbourne Racing Club Mornington with the one runner in SINGLETON PARK, and up and coming 3yo son of Sweynesse who looks to have plenty of talent after winning today. Luke Nolen showed all of his poise when he chased down the runaway leader aroud thr tight cicuit to win running away from the over the 1400m. We sound like a broken record of late but how good is Stokes Racing and the team going at the moment. It brings great satisfaction when we can celebrate the sort of success we are having of late and that all the work and committment from all of the owners and the supporters pays off.

21.01.2022 ANCESTRY winning under guidance of @michaellpoy at The Valley today keeping his unbeaten record this prep and giving the stables another win over COX PLATE CARNIVAL such a consistent horse with some exciting prospects coming up over the Autumn! Hitting the 1000 winners just before the end of 2020, Mr Quickie winning the G1 Toorak Handicap, Instant Celebrity taking the G2 Thousand Guineas Prelude and so many more winners To end the year striking at 30% between the 2 states is a massive achievement in itself! Both bases delivering winners every week, our dedicated staff are the backbone to the business and we are so thankful for all their hard work they put in! Special mention to Tommy and the team for keeping everything running so smoothly in Adelaide especially with the year everyone has had! Jen, one of our lovely staff members in Pakenham baked this glorious cake to celebrate with the staff!
