11.01.2022 Sooo FacePalm now puts messages to your business miles away in a strange new place called the "business suite" . . honestly facebook i dont have time for all this bs. Just put the messages front and centre so you can respond to them, i am sick of customers thinking you ignore them or dont see the message . . . pretty soon the business will have to leave facebook altogether, its simply not worth all the negative results they create these days.
