All you need is 20 minutes to smash out this short & effective workout. - This Full body workout will definitely put you to the test ! - I can ensure you that you will still make great progress in such a short time, your heart will be racing, you will burn calories like no tomorrow and still track forward with achieving your optimal goals you have set in place - All you need is - 2 dumbbells Commitment Work ethic 20 minutes - Perform these 4 exercises in the on movement flow (4 exercise combo) 10 reps, 5 sets, 45sec rest FINISHER 50m run/sprint 10 burpees 50m run/sprint 9 burpees And so on down till you get to 1 burpee - And there you have it ! Our 45min sessions offer social inclusion opportunities, health benefits and psychological support. From resistance training kickboxing, high intensity training and mindset conditioning also as me as your trainer I challenge you to achieve your specific health and fitness goals to improve... your ultimate body that you deserve - Attending a group training class gets you up off the couch and out of the same four walls of your home to meet new people in the community. You are likely to have more fun exercising in a group than working out on your own. Our group classes are an amazing place to meet people who have similar lifestyle goals and needs. Make friends, have great conversations and discover solutions to problems as you talk with other people before and after class. - Participating in a group exercise class challenges you to work out beyond your perceived limitations. I observe your body for signs of fatigue and push you to your limits. You are likely to work out harder, as everyone is training toward the same goal, than you would on your own. We explains the benefits of each exercise, which increases your reasons to complete the workout and keeps you returning to class. - Our Group training sessions have a wide variety of workout styles to achieve whatever goals you desire from kickboxing, HIIT calisthenics or strength & conditioning Additionally, certain forms of exercises strength-training for example benefit from using proper form. In group training I will spot-check you, correcting your positioning if necessary. - A group training helps keep you accountable to attend the class. If you are required to prepay for a group class, your accountability also increases. You have a limited number of classes that you paid for and are more likely to attend.
