24.01.2022 An offer of $25K of free money doesn't do anything for those who have a serious concern about being able to pay the new mortgage over the next few years. Its money available to those who were going to build a home anyway. So no real helpful employment effect to the new home building companies and workers.

21.01.2022 It's not a fine line drawing you're looking at a spectacular photograph. This little wombat from Guthega, NSW has won best monochrome at the Australian Geogra...phic Wildlife Photographer Of The Year Awards. It is the third time photographer Charles Davis has won the category. Charles told the South Australian Museum: The snow was deep after a week of storms, and grass close to the surface was hard to find. The world had little detail except for the dead, white, skeletal snow gums left over from the 2003 fires and the wombats. I took advantage of the white background to capture both subjects together." 06.01.2022 Lemonade Stand Paid More Tax, Made More Profit, Than All Of Donald Trump’s Businesses Combined. A small lemonade stand in suburban Connecticut paid more tax last year than all of Donald Trump’s businesses combined, which its 9 year-old owner says is reasonable given her business was more profitable. Grace Herriford, 9, says failing businesses can’t be expected to pay as much tax as a well-run operation like hers. Look, some people just aren’t good at business, and they’re go...ing to struggle to turn a profit. So it makes sense that they don’t pay as much tax. It’s not Mr Trump’s fault that he doesn’t know how to turn a profit. She said running successful businesses just isn’t one of Mr Trump’s fortes. If he were in charge here, he’d want to spend thousands of dollars on haircuts and change the name to Trump Lemonade and it would immediately lower the value of the business by millions of dollars.
