05.01.2022 Dear customers, First of all, we are very grateful for positive feedbacks and ratings from our regular Ubereats customers. We just had our already high rating from 4.7 up to 4.8 recently. But in order for Pho 9 to continues to operate on Ubereats, we are forced to increase our prices in the coming weeks. We recently contacted Ubereats and tried to get our commission rate down from the current 35%+gst. Unfortunately, Ubereats has turned down our request.... We hope our customers continue to support our business as well as other businesses who are facing a pandemic that is killing convention businesses.
