22.01.2022 Last week Mickey and I attended the Hennie Roffel clinic. As I had a suspected broken foot on the first day, Tanya Diack rode Mickey for me that day. By the third day I jammed my swollen foot into my boot and gave it a go. Even though I was in so much pain, Mickey and I had a fantastic time. Hennie loved Mickey and how well Mickey and I work together as a team. She wanted to teach us Piaffe in our lesson but my foot couldn’t cope with it. Next visit, Hennie wants to progress this training in order to reach Grand Prix level - Ashleigh @ Victor Harbor, South Australia

15.01.2022 064 Maestoso Bonadea XXXVI’ - Bruno. Our Black stallion Bruno’s estimated arrival is mid 2020. He has been growing out in his native habitat, the Karst lands of Slovenia at @jjlipizzans. Counting down the months until we can finally meet this boy in the flesh when he arrives in AUSTRALIA! @ Slovenia

A lovely colt out of Pomona iid Szil x Maestoso Gratia imp Piber (owned by Claire Readings) Congratulations to owners Stephen and Julie Brown. Photos taken under 24 hours old and he is still unfolding... Sooo Cute and full of spunk already

09.01.2022 MICKEY & ASHLEIGH AT THE "BAROQUE HORSE FESTIVAL" On the 16th & 17th of November we were able to attend the BHF held at Kryal Castle, Victoria, run by Noble Shadow Baroque Horse Stud..... What an AMAZING adventure this turned out to be. The vibe was welcoming, friendly and supportive in every single way possible. The festival itself was like stepping into a time warp to the golden ages of the baroque horse, so beautiful to see and be a part of. We brought our Lipizzaner sta...llion "Conversano Grace II" aka Mickey and Ashleigh Heather Rose for their debut outing. Challenging to say the least for both horse and rider, but was more than worth it. They gained so much from this experience, a real learning curve for both of them as we had no idea what to expect from both Mick or Ash having never done anything like this before..... other stallions, mares, lots of people etc. Ash is determined to use this years experience, and attend again next year! She loved it. A massive thank you to the hosts being Lisa Leitch, Phillip Leitch, Mieka Jade Leitch, Bree Whittington and Amanda Massie Ruxton for their amazing hospitality, kindness and huge support over the few days we were there. Thank you so much. It was organised and run beautifully. Also to Katherine Szalay Evans for organising for us to be there and going with Conversano Trieste aka Sox, giving Lipizzaners their first time at this event. And Louise Krutzler for being the strapper, sewing lady and the all round "help me" person lol :) Check out these photographers work! We had a photo shoot with Rachael Walker Equine and Pet Photography,on the Friday before. It was massive winds, rain and just the worst conditions, but.... the photos turned out incredible... How talented! The other pictures taken were by two other insanely talented women, Paula Markey and Kym Houston Photography and Design. Thank you ladies!!! Last but not least on this really really long post is the wonder woman who got all the beautiful bridles, stirrups etc to us from Qld to SA in 1 day..... Classical Equestrian and Rachel Chrismas.... Legend! Roll on 2020 BHF!
