07.01.2022 I honestly never knew how beneficial massage was until I completed my cert 4 in massage therapy. Before I started my course I had very bad back/neck/shoulder pain, the pain in my back was so bad I would wake up in the morning and be in tears and I never did anything about it. Then I started my course and I was receiving massages 1-2 times a week and my whole body was feeling less stiff, less achy and I wasn't complaining about having neck/back/shoulder pain every day. Even ...my mood had improved, I felt more relaxed, less stressed and I felt really good. My body felt good. While being in lockdown I wasn't able to get a massage and my body could seriously tell! But now lockdown is over and we can all get massages (yes, even massage therapists need massages ) The moral of this story is that massage isn't just a luxury it's body maintenance, why be in pain when you can come and jump on my table for 30mins or more You NEED to look after YOURSELF. Listen to what YOUR body is TELLING you.
