The victims, towns and wildlife affected by the bushfires is heartbreaking. They believe 30% of the koala population has been killed amongst numerous other species affected. 11.01.2022 Some things Ive learned thus far about toddlers... 1. Ice cream is always a good idea for breakfast. 2. Fingers fit perfectly into their noses and stay there for months. 3. They like to stick things down cracks. 4. Whenever you say no, dont do that... expect more of that action. ... 5. Crisis happens daily. 6. They are bipolar. One minute they ask to watch Peppa pig. Then scream at you the next because they really wanted lightening McQueen. 7. You can get them to do anything you want if you promise a marshmallow. 8. They will repeat anything you say and/or do - no matter how inappropriate. 9. They love watching the weirdest shit on YouTube. But if you try and turn it off.. see #5. 10. 08.01.2022 Give me all the lemons and Ill make lemonade! This is the work you guys. But behind the sleep deprivation, the relentlessness and patience testing moments.. you get moments like these. There are always a million things to complain about if you look for them. Lately Ive been trying to replace the have tos with the get tos. I may have to change a million nappies in the cold of the night.. but someone else will never get to. How lucky I am to get two healthy boys? Tonight Phoenix said to me thank you SO much mummy. And I thought to myself.. thats funny. He emphasised the SO. And clearly he gets that from his mumma. I mean, how darn cool is it to raise tiny humans?

04.01.2022 I love the way he asks me to tickle his neck when hes ready to fall asleep. And his obsession with sprinkles and how he calls them sinkles. I love how he wants to help me put the laundry away and offers to kiss it better when I stub my toe. I love his two front teeth and how they arent quite straight. And how he asks me to hold his hand when we walk down the stairs. I love his cheeky laugh and his squishy little butt. I love how he thinks we cant see him when he covers his eyes with his hands. And most of all, I love that he loves me - more than anyone else in the entire world.

Its been three years since I posted my first little square on this grid, and when Colton Praill from @globalregina asked me in a recent interview for Focus Saskatchewan, How has your social media page impacted your family? It brought a tear to my eye to say that it has grown to a level that is helping provide for our family while being a stay at home Mom. Its estimated that this 1 billion dollar industry in social media marketing is expected to grow to be a 15 billion dollar industry by 2020. It really is an exciting time to be a creative.
