24.01.2022 Update from our Vice-President Jenny: This gorgeous basketful of bears were made with the participants at Maldon Hospital Day Group Maldon. Koala Bear Pin Cushions made out of socks, wool and panty hose material. The ears are made by cutting off the heel and cutting this piece in half and then folding and stitching into position. The group had great fun doing these bears together with members of Phoenix Chewton CWA as they formed the basis for conversation, reminisces and interaction. The group loved the idea that they were contributing to the preparation of gifts for the international guests in Melbourne in 2019 at the Associated Country Women Of the World International Conference.

22.01.2022 We have been asked to donate a few yummy nibbles to go with tea and coffee at this event. Contact Pat if you can make something! Pat and I went to the last one ... it was very enjoyable :)
21.01.2022 Tuesday Coffee and Chat mornings will be resuming as normal in February at the Chewton General Store from 10am. If its not too hot we will be resuming our casual crafting too, knitting squares for our elderly.

14.01.2022 Our Twilight stall was a HUGE success! Thank you to all our beautiful members who showed up to lend a hand. Such a fun evening. All our cakes went to new homes for Christmas, most of the gorgeous donated gifts were sold and our Giving Tree bonbons and raffle was greatly appreciated and highly sought after!! Highlights included Jenny chasing children around the market giving away reindeer food to attract Santa's reindeer on Christmas Eve .... More info to come in an email but just wanted to share the beautiful work of our Phoenix Chewton CWA team.

08.01.2022 We would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas! Thank you for all your support throughout the year. We are looking forward to an exciting 2018. Also just wanted to let you all know our Giving Tree was a great success, our little branch was able to donate $250 to the Smith Family after the Market Stall.
