22.01.2022 Details coming this week. We will be back training next term.
20.01.2022 Hi everyone, I hope all is well with you all! So great to see that our restrictions are finally easing, slowly This means only one thing! We can now get outside, down to the park or even down to the beach and practice our karate!!! Including our katas! ^_^... Now keep in mind that you now not only have your books as a reference, but Sempai and I have put together our videos on katas, yakusoku and basics, available in the video tab. Remember, Sempai and I are only a phone call or message away if you have any questions or concerns. You can also keep us updated on your training too Aim high, achieve higher guys! And keep practicing! Sensei Mae

13.01.2022 Evening everybody! I hope you are all well and healthy! I apologise for not posting sooner, I guess my baby brain has got in the way ... Great news though! We will heading back to training for Term 3, yay! Beginning Monday July 13th at 6pm sharp. As there are still restrictions in place, we will still need to ensure that we sanitise and keep our distance. However, being that you are predominantly family, we will still be able to do close partner work (eg. Sparring, Dislocations etc). Between now and then though, keep practicing- the videos are still up on our page and you can always refer to your books :) If you have any questions, just let us know. Looking forward to seeing you all on the mats ^_^ Aim high, achieve higher. Sensei Mae

06.01.2022 Hi everyone! I hope you are all healthy and well and are practicing your basics and katas. You might have noticed that Sempai has been a busy boy again creating some new videos to help you practice at home.... The new videos consist of: - Extra tips on practicing basics at home - Slowed down kata 1, with explanations - Slowed down kata 2, with explanations - Yakasoku 1, 2, and 3 basic versions, and - How to practice Yakasoku at home, without a partner. Thank you Sempai, and special mention to Peta for assisting in the partner work. Next week i will be posting my own video of number 7 and 8, for our higher grades (Sempai ;)) to help them practice at home. Keep safe, keep practicing, and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to message us, or comment below. Sensei Mae
