12.01.2022 Group Fitness & Small Group Training Classes are back in 2021!! These will be on a reduced schedule for a few months while I recover from surgery. We will be starting with the following times:... Monday: 6:45pm Spin (30 minutes) Tuesday: 10:00am Accelerate - Circuit/Bootcamp Wednesday: 9:00am Accelerate Thursday: 9:00am Spin (45 minutes) Friday: 5:45am Spin (30 minutes) Sessions are only $10 per person! Timetable starts Wednesday 6th January. Studio is in James Nash Arcade - 173 Mary Street Gympie. Make 2021 your year to smash your health & fitness goals!
