13.01.2022 "What's your purpose?" This can be a very cliched question. One reason it becomes cliched is because people often respond with generic answers, "to have a positive impact"... "to change the world" etc. . . Often these statements are coupled with ideas of grandiose achievements, jobs, accolades, inventions etc. It's rare that someone thinks, "I'm going to change the world by being the best... group fitness instructor... cleaner... check out assistant".... However, we all exist in a place in which we have an immediate impact. Every person we interact with is altered by their experience with us. The environment is impacted by the daily choices we make. The future is impacted by the way we raise our kids. Everything we do has the potential to be impactful, and HOW it becomes impactful depends on how we choose to see our purpose. If we look to our immediate surroundings and aim to make the biggest impact on those surroundings we may, in fact, change the world.

07.01.2022 Often when people conceptualise mobility training they think foam rolling/stretching. However, doing any exercise slowly allowing for real time adjustments while moving through the entire range of motion is a great way to increase mobility! Movement is medicine!

Its not necessarily about finding the right job, its more about making your work more enjoyable. Work will always be work, even if you love what you do. How can you make your work more enjoyable so that you don't dread Mondays? .... . One way I do this is by dropping in hella random quotes in my coaching.
