21.01.2022 Today’s Amrap session 3 x 7 minute rounds (1 minute break between rounds) Work in a ladder format, start at 2 reps then 4,6,8 etc and go as high as possible in 7 minutes. Round 1 2 push ups, 2 mountain climber, 2 burpees, 2 dips... 4 push ups etc. Round 2 2 squat jumps, 2 jumping lunges,2 squat hi knees, 2 lunges. Round 3 2 sit ups, 2 knee raises, 2 ankle taps, 2 crunches. With a warm up and cool down all done in 30 minutes. See more
