22.01.2022 Happy birthday to Great Britain's #trampoline Kat Driscoll! #gymnastics

20.01.2022 #sellingsaturday Special offer on 2 pack of leotard glue with free postage

19.01.2022 So very pleased to announce that we are back running classes at Langley. Last night was a squad only session to help us get back in to the swing of things. We can't wait to welcome you back. We are following careful safety procedures. The equipment is cleaned before and after use. We have 2 hand sanitising stations.... We have a one-way entry and exit in to the building via the fire doors at the rear of the building adjacent to the car park, to minimise the number of people needing to walk through the whole centre. We have signage indicating to other centre users that they must not enter our area. We ask that just 1 adult to accompany participants and for the younger children, the adult must spot around the trampoline with their child. We are observing social distancing around the trampoline with set areas for spotting and conditioning. Now that we are up and running we are commencing with our summer holiday program. Classes are running on the following days: Monday 5:45 - 6:15 (30 min class for age 5-8 years) Monday 6:15 - 7pm (45 min class for age 8+) Tuesday 5:45 - 6:15 (30 min class for age 5-8 years) Tuesday 6:15 - 7:15 (1 hour class for age 8+) Thursday 5:45 - 6:15 (30 min class for age 5-8 years) Thursday 6:15 - 7:15 (1 hour class for age 8+) These classes are all available to book for members and non members via the events page in LoveAdmin. https://app.loveadmin.com//C305CD4B200524C31C7486BEDA16FBC If you have any questions about these classes please do not hesitate to contact Jane via [email protected] PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE A MEMBER WANTING TO USE YOUR EXISTING CREDITS PLEASE EMAIL RATHER THAN USING THE BOOKING SYSTEM

13.01.2022 Spot of synchro anyone???

12.01.2022 With it looking increasingly like the RTQ and eventually the RTF will not be going ahead, Southern Region Trampoline wanted to find a way to recognise the people that they have thought would have been eligible for the RTF event. They have based that on the scores over 2 rounds (January and February) The following have been awarded the 2020 RTF pin badge. I hope you will all join me in congratulating Zoe Godfrey, Tia Gould and Keeley Boyce

11.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT We are delighted to hear that the Government have announced that indoor leisure facilities can open from Saturday 25th July. We are now wai...ting to hear from British Gymnastics to confirm that we are allowed to open and what their recommendations are for a safe opening. We are already well underway with preparations for our members to return and we hope to do as soon as we are allowed. Each member will be contacted regarding what we are able to offer - bear with us as we go through the plan. We can’t wait to see you all back in the gym and back at Langley for trampolining #phoenixfamily #nearlythere

10.01.2022 I'm really not sure where to begin. What an amazing day. Just so gutted that this post won't pop up in memories next year! So today Phoenix Trampolining, our little club, we're on tour. Southern region NDP and Regional development competition in Southampton.... How amazing that we came away with 6 medals. Let's start with NDP 3, age 13 - 17, 1st place for Keeley NDP 1, age 11 - 12, 2nd place for Antoni NDP 1, age 13 - 17, 4th place for Rufus NDP 4, age 13 - 17, 6th place for Megan NDP 2, age 11 - 12, 2nd place for Tilly NDP 2, age 13 - 17, 1st place for Zoe, 2nd place for Tia and 3rd place for Cai-er. Well done to Cai-er who also qualified for RTQ next month (everyone else achieved qualification last month, when Cai-er had a sprained ankle) And last but not least, Regional Development A, under 11, 12th place for Arabella. Big shout out for Bella who only landed her front somersault in a routine for the first time last week. I cannot express how proud I am of everyone. Lots of improvements and a few more to do before Regional Team Qualifiers next month. Big thanks to our amazing judges Leeann and Magda, big thanks to Paris who was our designated official today, An even bigger thank you to my coaches Sophia and Stuart. And finally a massive thank you to all our parents who make my job easy by being so supportive. Apologies I don't have pics of everyone, will add later when I do. #phoenixfamily #squadgoals #medals #lovemyjob

09.01.2022 So it looks like children’s activities in a controlled environment will continue to be exempt from the rule of six. We will update our members once we hear mor...e from Sport England and British Gymnastics but please assume classes are as usual with the necessary precautions in place. Please note; - if children or any member of the family have symptoms of Coronavirus then they should not come to gym as per the public health guidelines - if the gymnast has travelled to an area of the UK which has been advised to take further precautions such as lockdown then we ask them not to come to the gym for 14 days - if the gymnast’s school has advised they should not come to school, as they have been exposed to someone with symptoms, then they should not come to gym either Thank you #gymnastics #covidguidelines #staysafe #handsfacespace

09.01.2022 Love this. George Nissen invented the trampoline at the age of 16. Look at how much the equipment has changed over the years and of course technique. The knee drop was banished many years ago... https://youtu.be/Sb2z3-QIZnE

08.01.2022 When you haven't seen a trampoline in 4 months it's hard to resist the temptation. After hard work cleaning and checking the trampolines ready for Monday, coach Stuart had to have a bounce

07.01.2022 **MESSAGE TO MEMBERS AND ONE OFF BOOKINGS** We are transferring our payment system from Go Cardless to London and Zurich this week and all direct debit mandates... have been cancelled for members today. This change will also affect one off payments for PlayGym and half term events. We expect it to only affect payments pending and processed this week but please bear with us if we need to request an alternative payment method. Thank you

07.01.2022 And that's a wrap for conditioning zoom sessions. Can't wait to be back at Langley on Monday. Stuart and I are going in this afternoon to give the trampolines a check and a clean, so we are ready to go for Monday.

04.01.2022 The Autumn term is almost upon us. Recreational classes will be resuming from Monday 7th Sept. Most classes are full already with just a handful of spaces available. ******Existing members, I have emailed and sent a text asking if you are returning. If I have not heard back from you, your space will not be guaranteed*******... New members, please email [email protected] for more information about availability.

03.01.2022 Same as the main gym. Once we have clarification we will inform all members.

03.01.2022 Did you miss our catch up with international trampoline gymnasts Kat Driscoll and Laura Gallagher? Watch it back here to see how they found getting back to the gym after lockdown bit.ly/2S4OK6X
