20.01.2022 Life is a balance of holding on and letting go. We want to try and ‘hold on’ to virtuous and compassionate states of mind, and ‘let go’ of non-virtuous and negative states of mind. But ultimately there is no holding on or letting go as these two represent a push and pull effect within our minds. Instead, try to find a place in the middle where you neither hold on nor let go, but are just present with how it is.
