18.01.2022 SPICE UP YOUR LIFE!! Our Chefs working up a storm, spending hours preparing this delicious soul warming Chicken Curry! ... Curry powder not only adds flavour and spice to dishes, the ingredients present in curry powder, comes with many benefits. Ingredients being turmeric, chilli powder, coriander, cumin, ginger and pepper. These are all superfoods with Vitamins and minerals and when consumed in curry, can offer additional health benefits. Turmeric being one of the vital ingredients is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory food, which contains curcumin that can prevent a host of diseases from diabetes and Alzheimer’s to cancer. The mix of spices themselves aids the digestive system cumin and black pepper being foremost among the ingredients that contribute to this. Ginger and coriander act as antibacterial spices and immunity builders. This is the prefect weather for a bowl of curry to supply your body with plethora of nutrients it requires for good health.
