16.01.2022 "You will be silly not to hire her" is what I wrote when I was asked for a recommendation for Alice Moyle our former intern. Looks like it worked !. We are probably the only company in South Australia that hires interns without reading CV's - so much for the value we place on university education. We ask them instead - what have you done that is interesting? While many profess their passion for engineering - they have nothing to show for it. Alice said - " I built a 3D Printer" . She was hired.
