The month of April & May were both relatively quiet due to uncertainty in the marketplace which is understandable. I ran some open homes this week and have seen some strong numbers coming through with new and existing buyers back on the hunt. There's definitely some confidence coming back into the marketplace and buyers are taking advantage of low interest rates which has resulted in 3 sales done in the first week of June!
