25.01.2022 Quietly perfecting our new range of traditional sweets over the last fortnight. Hot and cold sampling plates will be on the menu from next week.

24.01.2022 Back ontop of our game with a good win Friday and Saturday night. Good to see some changes made during the week had an immediate impact with service running like clockwork Pho continued to get delivered today. We went as far as Hawthorne and Westlake (For $6 delivery what are you waiting for?!)

22.01.2022 So its raining. Weathers miserable. But instead of saying something obvious like its a great day for a Pho (durr) heres a Bánh Cam instead Available from next week. Made fresh to order.

22.01.2022 Confidence is slowly coming back With further restrictions lifted, the store can now comfortably seat 19 which means walk-ins are welcome again. Weekly updates:... + online ordering system has been upgraded today + new menu is now live with a host of changes See more

22.01.2022 A record week for deliveries with our boxes ending up in front of a lot of doors. Since we take a photo as proof of delivery we might as well turn it into a regular segment of where our Pho ends up in Brisbane

22.01.2022 Back to basics with beef and brisket.

22.01.2022 DB6 dine in. DB6 takeaway. Either way its a handful

19.01.2022 H Tiu - combination clear noodle soup. One of our most underrated dishes gets a complete make over. New and improved luxury broth. Premium option now includes liver, Cuttle fish, bánh tôm and fresh quail egg.

19.01.2022 Capping off a record breaking weekend of soups. Its a fact now that people come far and wide to try our high end range of Pho with a stupid amount of DB5 through to DB8 sold. We are working on a DB9 version with gold leaf, black truffle, a shot of Red Boat reserve grade fish sauce and Phu Quoc peppercorn. Expect $100+ per bowl.

18.01.2022 Putting the queue in Pho Queue. Last night we lived up to our name but not for the right reasons. It was a horror show. We disappointed a lot of customers with the wait time which was unacceptable. The store holds itself to account and to a very high standard and we would like to apologise to all our customers for the ridiculous delay.... The sheer volume of orders that came in last night was on whole new level. We knew we were f*cked before we even opened and unfortunately we couldnt deliver with the amount of staff on. When the wait time stretches to 1 hrs for a Pho you know its busy. But like all good stores weve made swift changes to ensure an episode of kitchen nightmares doesnt play out again. Good Pho will sell itself. No sponsored ads needed See more

17.01.2022 It took a few weeks but dine in is definitely on the up and up A big thank you to everyone who visited this week.

16.01.2022 Last order on Sunday 27/7/2020. Quick edit. Enjoying the last few weeks together with the A7sii

12.01.2022 4121 Tarragindi So one of the benefits of contactless delivery is no ones going to open the door on you as your halfway through composing your shot and looking all sus Lack of updates this week means a busy week. Even with dine in open, takeaway and deliveries continue to dominate. Its probably going to be this way for quite some time.

11.01.2022 Pho with all trimmings. The special no 8. This bad boy holds the title for most expensive bowl of Pho in Australia (until someone tells us others wise) Thanks guys for popping in last night. You join our hall of fame

11.01.2022 To find out we ask some customers.

10.01.2022 Chè and bokeh This one needs no introduction. Available everyday.

09.01.2022 When your local doesnt cut it. Book an appointment. Even if it means driving an hour. A huge weekend of soups. Thanks to those who travelled a ridiculously long way. Will have to start handing out fuel vouchers soon.

07.01.2022 Its good to be back The store had a successful re-launch last night. Thank you to everyone who came. Many familiar faces. Very humbled that of all places out there, you guys chose us on your first night out. Almost every table said the same thing. That food taste so much better when its served the way its meant to be. Seated. Among friends. In a restaurant. Using proper bowls, not plastic ones. 100% agree

07.01.2022 Another DB8 sold. Pho c Bit 8. Our most expensive bowl. Should see it in person.

07.01.2022 Saturday review 25/7/2020.

06.01.2022 Confirmed. Re-opening this Saturday Despite a lot of stores deciding to sit this weekend out and watch from the sidelines, Pho Queue will re-open this Saturday night. Since we are going first we expect a lot of other stores to adopt similar strategies here (feel free to cut and paste guys ). This is how things will go down:... + Bookings only + Max of 10 customers at any one time + Max of 4 per table (sorry no group bookings) + No menus will be provided. It is expected that guests know what they are having prior to arrival. + All bookings must read the Pho Queue Covid Safe Policy prior to making a reservation (found on our website) + Bookings are staggered by 15 minutes to avoid congestion. + ( ) ( / / ). This can easily be done online using the Register Your Table form on our website. This is a mandatory requirement by QLD Health and will be kept for 28 days. This information is strictly confidential and will only be accessed by Qld Health in the event that contact tracing needs to be carried out. Your information will not be used for any marketing purpose or shared with any third party. . Full announcement can be found on website. 03.01.2022 4121 Some ridiculous houses in Tarragindi

03.01.2022 Ok this whole takeaway experiment has been fun but to be completely honest we are over it Like a lot of restaurants forced to play out of position doing takeaway it has been a real eye opener but the bottom line is we are not a takeaway joint and we much prefer having real customers (aka you guys here!) so thank God this lockdown is coming to an end On the upside, the last few weeks has allowed us to get out and about delivering and one thing weve learnt is our... customers live in some amazing houses A reminder our delivery service to non-local areas is up and running. We deliver during off peak times and slowly expanding our coverage by the week. See more

01.01.2022 Brand spanker. Tarragindi 4121 On the delivery front this week saw a close race between Tarragindi and Yeronga as the two most popular suburb for a Pho delivery.

01.01.2022 4107 Salisbury Another day another door

01.01.2022 Introducing our new flagship dish. Its smelly and its expensive. Bún Lèo aka Bún Mm (Fermented fish and seafood noodle soup)... This soup represents a new direction in the store as we turn our attention to seafood based soups and making them ultra premium using fresh seafood. A lot of places do this dish on the cheap with stingy portions of seafood consisting of frozen fish, rubbery squid, fake fish balls, etc. In response to that weve gone the complete opposite using high end ingredients with fresh seasonal fish professionally prepared, Cuttle fish, local prawns, real fish cake, crackling roast pork and roasted egg plant. Now available on the menu. Yes some people will complain about the price but thats ok. Order something else See more
