24.01.2022 It is exhausting to live in the past. It cost so much energy. It cost joy. Every time you see those pants that used to fit you 10 year ago it makes you cringe. Why are you torturing yourself? You wouldn't want a 20 year old to fit in their 10 year old clothes? Let it go. Free yourself. You avoid every opportunity for a swim at all cost because you have got stretch marks. You decline yourself joys of life. Let it go! Yes your body doesn't look as it used to and maybe it ...is not as strong or flexible as it use to be. It is confronting to realise our bodies are not immortal. However now you know more than you used to, you have got more experienced than you used to. You can decide to stop holding in to the younger, slimmer, flawless version of yourself and start enjoying your wiser, braver, more experienced you in the present. Let the past go. Embrace yourself. Enjoy life fully. See more

19.01.2022 Brittany's story Part 3 "So after months of intensive rehabilitation, treatment, tears, determination, support and strength, I went back to the pole studio in February this year and taught my first class! Now, I've had to accept that I may not be able to do the things I used to and my physique has changed considerably, but I am a stronger person mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I've had to learn to love and accept my body all over again but knowing what it has been capable of over the past 15 months, is making the process a little easier."

You see, I have tried yoga many times and I did not like it at all, until a friend recommended me to see Deni. My first session with her had a huge impact on me. I am looking forward to every Friday morning. Deni is a kind and gentle soul, she taught me to breath again. I feel connected to my body more and more with each class. I feel like after years making myself smaller I am finally starting to expand and unfold my potential in literal and figurative way. 01.01.2022 What advice do you have for someone who may be considering a boudoir photo shoot?Do it!! If you are ready to celebrate your body, if you are curious about what it would be like to have a boudoir experience, or if you are ready to see yourself and your beauty in a whole new way, a photo shoot like this will totally blow your mind. Yes, those things that you might have trouble loving (for me it’s my belly) will still be present, but different. It’s like seeing yourself through a new pair of loving eyes.
