19.01.2022 So I had this idea of taking the themed studio shoots and changing the format a bit. The idea is to include people more in the planning by way of a group chat, then after doing the shoot to have a session where we post process the images. I thought this would give people more insight and practice in planning/styling a shoot and then guidance in the finishing of the work. Any thoughts on the idea?

18.01.2022 There is lots of debate in photography groups about what camera to buy, whether someone should change brands and so on. You all know the discussions! Out of interest, I grabbed some data from DXO and lined up the graphs of some different cameras. What hit me was not the differences but the similarities. Would one of these cameras really make a large difference to your photo over another? I have always believed that education and experience will expand your photography much mo...re than equipment. the last photo shows how you can change the feeling of a portrait just by changing the light. What was the camera, it doesn't really matter this would have looked much the same on anything from the bottom of the range to the top on any brand. I buy equipment to do a job but I educate myself to improve my photography.
