23.01.2022 So instead of sharing photos of landscapes and posting about supporting local business, I thought I would dedicate this post to my Mother, Julie. Mum has been fighting against cancer for a few years now, she’s been faced with many obstacles that she has so graciously overcome through her determination, strength and courage. Over the last few months, she has been privately, due to COVID overcoming a few more hurdles. However, this time around it’s without the distractions of... Grandchildren, netball games, birthday parties, events and family holidays and so on! The real quality time. So I admire Mum, for getting through this time with her ongoing bravery, cheerfulness and just moving forward with life. Love you Mum xx

13.01.2022 Supporting local business @reachyourpeak I really wanted to share something that I have committed to over the last few weeks with you. As we entered into Stage 4 lockdown I knew I needed to change up my fitness and wellbeing. My 4km jog around Mornington was at times inconsistent. Thankfully @reachyourpeak we’re offering their Winter Warrior’s program through Zoom. I was feeling a little nervous and not quite gym fit, however I’m glad I made the decision to proceed as I hav...e more energy, clarity, motivation and my sleep is so much better! If your can’t commit to the scheduled classes it’s easy to access the recorded sessions and complete in your own time. It doesn’t matter what the weather is doing, cold days I’m in the warmth and comfort of my lounge room, sunny days in the backyard. They offer low and high impact options for every exercise and all classes are so varied which I love. Also, once a week we are treated to a lovely Yoga and meditation session with the amazing @jan.winslade Grateful that @reachyourpeak has combined these sessions into the program. Win, win!
