22.01.2022 Mother - A throwback to an image I took a year ago now. I've learned a lot in that year! But I still appreciate and love the moments I've been able to capture.

20.01.2022 You will never know that the last time will be the last time! The last time they breast feed or take a bottle. They last time they need to be in your arms to fall asleep. The last time they want to be picked up. ... The last time they ask for a kiss before you leave. The last time they need to hold your hand while you go to the toilet The last time they ask you to tuck them into bed Wh won’t really know when that last time will actually happen, but it will happen, and though sometimes some of those things can annoy or irritate us, one day we will miss them! As your kids grow up you realize just how quickly time passes and you become more and more aware of their lasts then you do their firsts, it’s a scary and daunting feeling,but it really makes you want to treasure and absorb each and every moment.

05.01.2022 Do you ever have those days where you just feel like the whole world is spinning around you and there’s nothing you can do to stop it. The world is a whirlwind around you and you’re afraid that if just one more thing goes wrong you will tip over. These days seem to come to me quite frequently as of late, and when they do I find one of the only things that gets me through is the reminder that tomorrow is a new day. Pause for today. Breath and reconnect in the morning. Focus on the goals and the opportunity’s of the new today.
