15.01.2022 ~Documenting Connection~ Before my daughter was born my family sessions would typically include a lot of direction and a lot of 'posing'. Since her arrival, I've realised the photos that mean the most to me are the ones that show true connection. Imagine a family session that captures all of those big personalities, all of the love, and everything that makes you family unique. 13.01.2022 Here is a small clip of a film I did for my lovely client who brought home newborn twins to meet their big sisters. The photos from the day were amazing , but how precious is a clip of big sis comparing the size of her hands to her little sisters foot?! 01.01.2022 Wow, what a crazy year so far! It's been a while since I've shared any work on here, but I thought it was time to share some photos of a film session I did back in January of a very special girl's first day of school. I was up at dawn to document how her first day unfolded for her dad who was out of town, and watching her mom manage three kids and a lot of unforeseen circumstances all on her own was very empowering. Film to come soon, but here are some of the stills from the morning. I've already booked quite a few films for the end of the year, but due to travel restrictions, I am now staying in Australia for the foreseeable future.
