20.01.2022 Day 21 Caption: Israel, Jerusalem, Old Jerusalem, Muslim quarter, Two Jewish ultraorthodox walking through the Muslim quarter to bring their market goods in th...eir storage. Traditionally, the Old City has been divided into four uneven quarters, although the current designations were introduced only in the 19th century.Today, the Old City is roughly divided (going counterclockwise from the northeastern corner) into the Muslim Quarter, Christian Quarter, Armenian Quarter and Jewish Quarter. Today, the Israeli government controls the entire area, which it considers part of its national capital. However, the Jerusalem Law of 1980, which effectively annexed East Jerusalem to Israel, was declared null and void by United Nations Security Council Resolution 478. East Jerusalem is now regarded by the international community as part of occupied Palestinian territory. #Palestine #Israel #Jerusalem #jerusalemoldcity #Jewish #Muslim #market #quarter #turist #street #wall #expedition #warzone #freedom #love #wall #guide #palestina #conflic #documentary #photojournalism #streetphotography #freelance #livingtogether My Experience: I saw these two Jewish men packing up with their old trolly and I choose to follow them to see where there were going. A friend from Australia told me to feel how strong is the energy sitting in the old city and when the quarter meet. So I followed them and I saw that was going through the Muslim quarter and strong sense of adrenaline and fear came up over me and I didn't know what would happen, there was a strong tension when the Muslims people of the quarter saw the two Jewish men passing through, and I even witness episodes where little boys won't let the two Jewish pass by. As far I understood these episodes of hate happing every day in all the four quarters, sometimes without accidents sometime with. That day was one of the "without" ones.

08.01.2022 Day 7: IT MIGHT CONTAINS A STRONG IMAGE FOR YOU! Caption: East Jerusalem, Shu'fat Refugee Camp, A child and his father spending time just outside their home in ...the refugee camp of Shufat. The man in the picture has been shot in his leg after have reached the near check point of Jerusalem East and start to thrown stones to the soldiers. This event is not a random event, it's a well-known situation that goes on since the Palestinians have been allocated by the Red Cross in 1948. #Palestine #Israel #Warconflict #warzone #child #Injury #Shuafatrefugeecamp #refugeecamp #innocent #stones #photojournalism #documentary #photojournalism #streetphotography #freelance #danger #conflict #leg #baby My experience: I was walking in the Shuafat refugee camp with my local guide and I noticed a group of men that were chatting just outside their homes and I saw this little boy that you can see in the picture and then I saw the injured leg of the man, immediately was shocked to see this two subjects together: on one side I saw sweetness, love, innocent, purity and I smile, on the other side I saw pain, suffering, anger, injury, and pride. I start to spoke with both of them to have a better understanding of what I was experiencing. See more

02.01.2022 Day 13 Caption: Palestine, Shuafat Refugee Camp, A young boy walking towards the top side of the camp where new buildings have been built. On the background the... big separation walk and Israel. #Palestine #Israel #refugeecamp #Shufatcamp #Jerusalem #kids #warzone #alleyways #conflic #documentary #photojournalism #streetphotography #freelance My Experience: I was walking during the sunset just at the edge of the camp to explore different sides of it and while a was walking down I saw the separation wall again, and some sadness came up to me, see this wall of segregation was very unpleasant and knowing that 50.000 people choose/wanted/have to live here to flight something that has been imposed on them otherwise they will lose even that part of land was very sad for me and that's how I choose to capture that day going out of the camp.
