20.01.2022 We are seeking an honest, reliable and motivated farmhand/milker to join our family run dairy for the start of next year 2021. We are between Forbes and Condobo...lin NSW (60km from Forbes and 50km from Condobolin) Milking up to 200 cows on a 22 a side herringbone swing over (ACRs). Duties will include milking, thorough hygiene, heat detection, drafting, wash down, bringing in cows, bringing in fresh cows and calves, assisting with calf feeding, fencing, some tractor work and other duties as required. Experience is not necessary, training will be provided for the right candidate. You will need to be a fast learner, have a keen attention to detail, take instruction well and work well with others. Will be 5 days a week Shifts roughly are 6:30 - 9:30 and 4-6pm minimum with potential for more hours depending on experience and seasonal tasks. No accomodation available but possible rentals near by. Start of causal and possible full time for the right candidate, pay rate what the going award dependent on experience. Option for a traineeship if desired. Resume with contactable references required.

To be eligible for a scholarship with Cadia, students must: Live, or have their family home, in the local government areas of Orange, Cabonne or Blayney. Apply for full time study in three or four year undergraduate degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) or business related degree. ... Plan to study the year they receive the scholarship (the scholarship cannot be deferred). Not already be studying at university. Applicants for the indigenous scholarship must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island descent.
