12.01.2022 Now I was just reading a great article and there are some reasons why you may not be seeing the results you want....I thought I'd share a few points.. limiting training to individual muscle groups- commpound (using moves combining muliple muscles) exercises will give better overall shape and burn more calories! Ego lifting!!!!!- if its too heavy to complete full range !!... only doing cardio!!!!!- think resistance training burns calories and gives muscle shape/tone not eating a balanced diet!!!!- you can't out train a bad diet! Remember protein fat and carbs every 3 hours Invest in yourself and live fitter happier healthier
