21.01.2022 [**] 'The Retort' [Yet Another NEW VIDEO] 'The Retort' is a foundational concept within the auspicious art of Physical Alchemy. It consists of the formation of a tripod base for working the body and the essence that consists of physical work, awareness [contemplative] work and specific work upon the mindshapes. The physical work and awareness work pillars offer a lot of scope for personalization and individual unique expression - provided the choice of practice trained ac...tually works. The mindshape work pillar is anatomical. The mindshapes function and mutate in a predictable manner [to those with access to the Triangle who are also trained in this 'anatomy'] and must be dissolved in certain ways. This pillar - this leg of the retort - is unique to Physical Alchemy. Optically [to untrained eyes] it appears that the physical craft tool - 'stretching' - is the majority of the work of the craft total. This is not so. The mindshape work pillar is the most important pillar in the formation of the Retort.
