23.01.2022 Whatever your sport, or fitness routine, its becoming clear that most injuries are preventable. Its all about building up to a high chronic training load, and as were often heard saying to our clients - "over engineering the body" - making it stronger than what it has to deal with. 23.01.2022 Jack strapping up Gemmas knee after it popped itself out of place over the weekend. This will support, stabilise and keep everything snug for the next few days with her physically demanding job, until shes ready to come back in on her day off and begin some strengthening work. Its a very quick procedure which means we can usually squeeze you in last minute, cutting out a lot of unnecessary waiting time usually spent at the Doctor. ... #physio #physiotherapy #physiotherapist #physiomiranda #miranda #physiocentral #localbusiness #pain #sport #injury #massage #wellness #health #recovery #knee #kneeinjury #dislocatedknee #brace @ PhysioCentral
