13.01.2022 Hip flexor stretch! If you've been sitting for too long the hips can feel pretty tight when you get up to start moving again. Try this out...... Remember to tuck the tail under, lunge forward, reach up and over You should feel the stretch on the front of the the trailing hip. I'll commonly prescribed this stretch for back pain as well. An x-ray can give us a very small amount of information about a person's pain and if the focus is on just the state of a joint the road to improvement is no clearer.... Arthritis is not an inevitable decline. What you can't see here is all of the active components that allow you to move. 07.01.2022 COVID update. As of this Saturday the Perth lockdown measures will be erased allowing physio services to resume as usual. Physio appointments will be available this Saturday. All of our staff will be wearing masks and all patients will be required to wear masks as well.... Physical distancing measures, hand washing and thorough cleaning of the treatment areas will continue in an effort to ensure a safe environment for all staff and patients.
