13.01.2022 Dancers, we know many of you are feeling like you are losing your dance conditioning while you can't get into the studio, so we are running Conditioning for Dance sessions. All sessions are run by our dance physiotherapists and have been developed to help you stay dance ready. Our classes include a combination of Pilates based exercises, strength and conditioning exercises and stretching. All exercises are designed for a small space with minimal equipment requirements (a chai...r and a mat or towel on your floor are enough!).
