In light of the recent government releases we would like to reiterate the following;... - Please do not come into the practice if you are feeling unwell. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment. This includes bringing in to the appointment other family members that may be unwell. - If you have travelled overseas please wait 14 days before coming into the practice. For our exercise group patients; - Please bring your own towel or mat to class - Please wash your hands before entering the practice - Please refrain from touching your face (if you do please repeat hand washing) - We have hand sanitiser if needed too All of these procedures are to ensure that we can continue to strive to be our healthier selves and be as safe as possible :)

21.01.2022 Soooo many different influences on pain and how we perceive it. Modification to any or all of these will help reduce the perception of pain, which is why chronic pain requires a strong, multidisciplinary approach. Which basically means getting our other allied health colleagues in on the action plan can help make a huge difference. We’re all the same team! Group hug everyone ... .
