01.01.2022 You absolutely can still have a consult at Physiotas without having to come to the clinic and heres how... _ As we all know the Covid-19 health crisis is having a massive impact around the globe. Our team here at Physiotas have been working extremely hard day and night to work through the challenges it has brought and also to follow the recommended advice as best we can. !... However, we acknowledge that there may be some existing patients or even potential patients of ours that are not keen on coming in to the clinic for face to face consults as they wish to self-isolate and minimise their risk. We completely understand this position, however, this does not mean that you have to go without having your injury or health issue tended to. _ As a result, at Physiotas we will be offering Telehealth Video consultations. This can be suitable for: Those not wanting to physically come into the clinic Those that dont require hands on treatment New injuries/conditions for which advice and education is vital Exercise prescription or updating of programs _ At this stage there are no rebates available for those with private health and third party patients can use this service with prior approval. The government will be announcing more on rebates by the end of this week. _ For further information about what Telehealth is and how to go about booking an appointment, check out the link in our bio #physiotas #movebetterfeelbetter
