In the last year I have learnt so much as a physiotherapist and as a business owner and I am so very grateful for all of the opportunities and support that I have been given. . . . I have seen hundreds of patients over the last year and feel so truly humbled to have been able to have had an impact on their life. I genuinely feel so lucky to get to do something that I love everyday. ... . . . It isnt always easy and I have an incredible support network. 20.01.2022 Parkour is all about big tricks and flips right? Whilst that may be the case for some, it's certainly not for the participants of our seniors Parkour class. Our main focus here is to help build confidence and reduce the risk of falls by improving skills such as balance, coordination, strength and mobility. Featured in this video is Margaret, age 80, demonstrating regressed versions of two Parkour vaults. All of our Seniors Parkour classes are run by head Parkour coach Ben, and Physiotherapist Jade.

18.01.2022 In giving back to the community, especially over the winter period @movementco is going to be acting as a collection point for Zonta House Refuge. Zonta House Refuge Association Inc. have supported women who have experienced family and domestic violence, homelessness and other life crises. Zonta House provides refuge and transitional accommodation, holistic support services and education to women over the age of 18. Currently they are in need of womens knickers, winter PJs,... hair dryers, leggings and luxury items - think nail polish, face masks, make up, hair brushes etc (however they have a large supply of toiletries and sanitary items so they wont be needed at this time).
