Most times your Physio, Osteo, Chiro or other allied health professional will perform enough manual therapy to reduce and eliminate the pain. But sometimes it takes some extra effort by yourself in the comfort of your own home to get your foot over that painful line ! ... This video shows what needs to be done with someone who has a flat or collapsed foot. If you have a high arched foot, release in the opposite direction! Simple! It doesnt have to be a spikey ball. It can be a lacrosse ball, tennis ball or even golf ball.
