14.01.2022 So, sadly gyms are closed for 2 weeks which means our awesome neighbours TrendFitness Seaford are once again closed. However as Steve reminds us, please continue to support The Balanced Plate Cafe next door! Jess and her team make amazing coffees, delicious food, and will continue to need the community's support over the next period of time.

Here at PhysioXtra Seaford, we are continuing to maintain high hygiene standards with preventative actions in place. These include hand sanitiser use for patients and staff, regular cleaning of all rooms and pilates equipment, and spaced chairs in the waiting room. We will continue to operate with hygiene precautions, as we have throughout the pandemic. ... 04.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE Latest announcement- We have now been advised from the government that we must close the doors as of midnight tonight and cannot offer any emergency appointments. We will be closed until Wednesday the 25th of November. If you wish to make an appointment you are welcome to call and leave a message at the clinic or give us a call on Wednesday onwards. 02.01.2022 UPDATE REGARDING MASKS As per the updated Direction today, from midnight tonight (Monday 30 Nov) it will be mandatory for all people inside our clinic to wear a mask. This includes all healthcare providers, admin staff, patients and family members. (There are some exceptions such as people with certain breathing difficulties, mental health conditions, communication with deaf or hard of hearing community members, and children under the age of 12)... Please bring your own mask if you have one. We are quickly sourcing more surgical masks to be able to provide to patients if you do not have your own. Please message us here or call 7123 2154 from 8am tomorrow morning if you have any concerns or questions. Please be kind and remember: My mask protects you, your mask protects me.
