Putting a big focus on eating more food and getting stronger in the right exercises for her goal of growing glutes! . 3 tips for growing glutes 1. Make sure you’re eating in a slight calorie surplus to give your body the energy it needs to grow new muscle tissue. Spending all your time dieting will be detrimental to your long term body composition goals 2. Pick exercises that have high trainability! Movements that... you can increase in weight for longer periods of time and push to a higher intensity. Think glute bridges not booty bands 3. Train with a frequency that allows you to work the muscle and recover. Initially Nat never had the intention of doing a photoshoot but as she built her confidence up in the gym we were ready for a more testing challenge Photo 2 Final product of Nats first photoshoot prep. First time going through a proper reverse diet to build calories up initially before dieting down to shoot day! ... Photo 3 Final Condition for second photoshoot prep This time we spent a lot more time in a slight surplus giving Nat time to build some more shape but also set up for an even better dieting phase this time Safe to say the photoshoot addition bug has bitten Nat and we have already had chats about the next theme Very proud of you!
