24.01.2022 Happy New Years everyone......... What have you overindulged in over the holidays? ~A few too many drinks? Maybe a little too many chocolates/cake/sweets? Wha...tever it is please don’t beat yourself up. Life is all about balance and by giving ourselves a hard time every time we indulge ourselves in something classed as naughty is only going to make ourselves feel worse........... so wherever you’re at make sure to enjoy and appreciate every last second of it! The only thing we can be sure of is right NOW................ Join me for my first class back in 2021 this Tuesday at 7pm @phytstudio. Hope to see you all there
